But, in general, you can expect to be guided through the entire construction process (including the mortgage lending stage). Early in the process you will be introduced to your construction superintendent. He/She will be a vital part of this journey and will provide a new homeowner orientation prior to closing.
There are several factors that go into calculating the construction time for new homes. Once the home has been permitted, you can expect approximately 4 to 5 months. However, it is impossible to predict such things as weather, trade and material shortages, and material backorders. We will always do our best to build a quality home within the most reasonable time period. Our homebuyers are kept up to date on the construction process throughout this journey.

Our homes come with a 1 year standard builder warranty. Upon closing, you will also receive a two through ten year structural warranty information for the policy that comes with your home. The booklet you receive will detail the specifics to the program, along with contact information.
Yes! Homebuyers are encouraged to visit our design center early in the process. The design consultants have full access to our offerings.
